| Pros: | The design is very aesthetically pleasing. I ordered the red and got a beautiful multicolored pattern. I am not disappointed! I have granite countertops and I was putting ice in the water pipe when I knocked it over and it literally BOUNCED on the granite- and didn't break. The downstem is easy to use and doesn't feel cheap. The bowl is a good size and turned out to be fumed. So as I use the bowl, resin colors it from yellow to a green and blue color. |

Turns out that the thing gets here across country in 4 days I shook the box and didnt hear any music so I was hopeful. I was very well packaged in bubble wrap and newspaper. The bowl was wrapped separately just as well. Takes a really good hit, the bowl is a tad small. I'm loving it right now. Re rate later. Stay high! |

| Pros: | I absolutely love this water pipe. One of my friends back in high school had one, and I knew I had to get it when I saw the marked down price. I got the USPS Priority shipping, which made it come in about 3 days from Washington state to Florida. The swirled glass works great as both an ice catcher and a barrier so nasty water doesn't splash up near your mouth! Overall this is probably one of my favorite water pipes I've ever used, the interior volume is just perfect for good-sized inhalations of smoke or vapor. I have hooked it up using a whip to my Magic Flight Launch Box vaporizer and it works great. |

| Comments: | this piece kicks ass. ordered tuesday got it friday, and im just outside philly. i paid for parcel post to save money but they upgraded me to firstclass for free dont expect them to do this for you do NOT get use parcel post if u plan to have it within the next month, its the slowest method of post known to man. took a hit and was done for the night, and useally i need 2 or 3 joints hits ur lungs harder than chris brown hits rhianna. i coughed so much my friENT thought i was dying, but i was fine u get more smoke from this than i thought was humanly possible. load it with fresh, ice cold water and put ice cubes in the barrel before each use, and its artfully smooth. only real downside is that the joint is 9mm, a size which they're starting to phase out of making accessories for, so i cant put on an ashcatcher, but its only 1 foot so attatchments would make it awkward anyways. i love this piece best $30 i ever spent. i am reccomending this to all my friends very descrete shipping too |

| Pros: | I've had this water pipe for sometime now and all I can say is it's AWESOME! You get big smooth rips from it especially with cold water in it. |
| Cons: | The glass stem was easily broken in an unfortunate accident, but I replaced it and now hits just as good. |
| Comments: | It is hard to clean but using 420 cleaner will definitely do the trick, believe me! And maybe changing the water on a regular basis. It will never disappoint if you keep it fairly clean. |

| Pros: | Hello! A few months back, I ordered item "WP1757 - Medium Tornado Glass Water Pipe" from you. And, it bears mentioning - I LOVE IT. I have given her the uninspired name of Tornado Blue, and of five, she is my go-to pipe. However, in a tragic accident involving myself, a knock at the door, my dog, and one of us not getting the hell out of the way fast enough, my bowl and glass tube (I don't know the fancy book-learnin' name for the parts) broke. The water pipe itself, however, is just fine - testament to your quality of product. I would very much like to get the requisite replacement parts; she looks so sad, sitting there all bowlless and unsmoked. Can you please point me in the right direction, doctor? Note that not only is the bowl a goner, but also the glass pipe that runs down into the reservoir (in a feat of dexterity that amazed even myself, I was able to fish the broken glass piece from inside the pipe using only a poker and my wits).
