| Pros: | Exactly what you see a genuine slide durable as well I was unwrapping it and I dropped it on hard wood, like it didn't even happen. I was so stoked!! Haha. Hole in slide is decent but of course can't put anything to small in there.. get some glass screens and you're golden. |

| Comments: | Also want to mention the great customer service I experienced. I also had recently ordered and received a new downstem, however by my own mistake chose the wrong size. I spoke to a helpful gentleman on the phone and he ultimately threw the correct downstem in with my bowl free of charge! |
